✨ Braving burn-out through personal fulfilment, remember? Benjamin Le Botland has come a long way… After crossing the Pyrenees, he shares his experience through a poignant film that bears witness to his rebirth.
▶️ On 11 October, French Prime Minister Michel Barnier declared mental health to be the ‘Grande cause nationale 2025’. ❤️ In a world where performance is often synonymous with over-performance, burnout has become a real issue for society. Understanding the risks, recognising the signs and working together to create a culture that values well-being and respect for personal limits is a responsibility we must share.
Benjamin Le Botland, film-maker and adventurer, has found his own path to resilience in the mountains. His film ‘Les Cimes de l’Âme’ (The Peaks of the Soul) tells the story of how pushing himself and facing physical challenge helped him to reconnect and rebuild. But this journey is unique to each individual. ⭐
The mountains are an environment I know and love. It has taught me to find myself and rediscover what makes me feel good. For me, it was about surpassing myself and the sporting challenge. For others it will be different. The important thing is to find your own path to balance and well-being, and to reclaim those personal spaces that are too often drowned out and forgotten by work. – Benjamin Le Botland.
At Mind Partners, we believe in everyone’s responsibility to define and respect their own boundaries. We also believe in the responsibility of companies and their leaders to create an environment that promotes the well-being of all. Enabling employees to thrive means building a healthier and more humane working environment.
