As the weeks go by, we’ve decided to highlight our commitment to mental health: professionalism, caring, talent and attention to others are also our professional reality, as part of our tailor-made recruitment approach.
In fact, this has always been one of our firm’s founding values.
At Mind Partners, we recruit as we live: with heart and enthusiasm, always paying particular attention to our teams, our candidates, our customers and our partners, as individuals and as a systemic entity. Many can testify to the care we give to the men and women we meet.
And this year, ‘some french people’ were well advised to declare it ‘Great National Cause 2025’. So let’s talk about it!
These are just some of the steps we are taking, both significant and modest, and the list is gradually growing…
We display our convictions to help build a positive future: ‘creating value without forgetting our values’ is a motto that makes sense, and says a lot about the importance of knowing oneself, recognising oneself, taking care of oneself and others, being true and ambitious.
We maintain our tailor-made and innovative approach to recruitment: skills, potential, high standards, transparency, creativity, well-being, shared values… all of which create a win-win commitment between talents, in the service of performance.
We are renewing our support for Laurence Couturier: in 2024, she was running; this year, she’s walking far and high! Laurence is a well-known top manager turned long-distance amateur athlete for the Alzheimer’s Research Foundation, raising funds to advance progress. And we want to make her visible!
From B Corp certification to participation in the CEC (Convention des Entreprises-Monde Financier), we are an integral part of the process of reflection, innovation and action for the future.
Internally certified, we offer to support you in the possibility of ‘Diagnosis + Performance’ of your talents, both individual and collective, for a stronger impact at the heart of the company, by capitalising on a better knowledge of your personal skills.
We support Benjamin Le Botland in his global project to raise awareness of mental health: with his film ‘La Cime des Âmes’, he shares his personal experience and reminds us of the importance of recognising our fragility; with his series of CARE videos, he popularises his research by theme and gives the floor to professionals specialising in this subject.
In this new episode of Benjamin’s 𝘾𝘼𝙍𝙀 series (to be seen in the other news items on this blog), Claire GARIN talks to us about an essential subject: mental health is not just about the individual, but about an entire system. All too often, disorders such as anxiety or depression are treated as isolated problems, whereas they are profoundly linked to our environment. At home, but also at work. And companies have a role to play.
By adopting this global approach, Mind Partners is helping to break down the taboos surrounding mental health in the workplace and to promote recruitment and management practices that are more respectful of employees’ psychological well-being.
💡 WHAT WE REMEMBER:
✅ Mental health is a collective issue, not just an individual one.
✅ Work and social environments play a major role.
✅ Breaking the taboo and acknowledging our responsibility means moving forward together.
