Preventing psychosocial risks in the workplace: Mind Partners UK supports Benjamin Lebotland

Burn-out: 800 km of hiking in high mountains to get through it…
It is a rocket 🚀. And a bit mad. Dizzying, like the peaks he set out to conquer and the depths of the abyss he experienced. 🏔
He touched the Crests of the Soul, and Mind Partners UK is supporting him.

Talented manager on the brink of collapse…

His name is Benjamin Le Botland. From Brittany, an engineer by trade, a jack-of-all-trades, hyperactive and passionate. He’s also a sailor, autodidact, and a perfectionist. ⛵🤸🏽‍♂️🤹🏽‍♂️
During his professional journey, he went through severe depression and decided to set off alone “along the Pyrenean ridges, without any food supplies” to regain control.

Now back from the mountain’s heights and his mental struggles, Benjamin has decided to embark on a new adventure: 🙌 🤔 a candid and striking sharing of his experience, to raise awareness and prevent the psycho-social risks that are still poorly assessed in the corporate world.

With his feature-length documentary “La Cime des Âmes”, which will have its premiere on October 10th, in Pontivy (Brittany), he takes us to the heart of the sporting, moral, and environmental challenges he faced alone 🎞 . And Benjamin has chosen to add a collective dimension to it.

Social and societal commitment for committed firms

🫶 That’s the reason why we wanted to support him in his project: moved by his journey and sharing the same values, Mind Partners UK wanted to contribute in its own way to these concerns, which speak of Social and Environmental Responsibility and commitment.

See you then in Pontivy, to make this launch a success! 🏆
