    Pierre-Yves Ratel, Top Management and Executive Search recruiter from the origins of Mind Partners!

    A man of challenges and commitment, Pierre-Yves Ratel joined Louis-Marie Simoneau at the beginning of the Mind Partners adventure: in 2015, he brought his expertise previously acquired in a recruitment firm and invested himself in supporting the still young project in which he believed!

    Pierre-Yves, your whole life, professional and personal, is oriented towards “sustainable development” today…?

    Yes! What drives me and what I talk about from morning to night is the ecological and social transition 🙂.

    Transformation must be at the heart of each and every organization, and society as a whole must work to #régénération life.

    As such, Mind Partners has a go-between role: we are already specialists in CSR + ESG recruitment, certified B Corp since 2021. Currently, we are in the re-certification phase, which is in-depth work, which involves the teams, and I am happy about that.

    This must be known!

    As a specialist in Top management and Executive search recruitment, how do you act?

    Innovation-oriented, my project consists of supporting companies by relying on their growing driving forces.

    Recruitment is a powerful lever for this: to support candidates, who become actors in transversal transformative projects; and to interact with investors and managers of startups/SMEs/ETIs, thanks to our partners such as France Invest and the Comité Richelieu 🏭.

    On a personal level, I am involved in the association Nous Sommes Vivants Le Collectif de la Transition Ecologique and I make my network available to entrepreneurs with a positive impact, to help them structure their approach and their activity.

    What is your deep conviction?

    Large-scale transition involves changing existing structures from within and creating new imaginaries that project us into a desirable #futur.

    All business lines must take an active part in these challenges: R&D and marketing are particularly powerful in getting the entire value💡chain on board. But not only that: we are in a particular era, and we are all primarily concerned by the essential commitment and this key issue of #régénération.
