How to mobilise a team for the long-term ecological transition 🌟

At the time of good resolutions, we have an idea to get the year off to a flying start for your company: the key to sustainable team mobilization in the ecological transition…🎄🎅🏽

While the environmental convictions of employees are strengthening and the transformation actions within companies are multiplying, we all notice that the spark doesn’t always ignite the powder: in reality, we are still often far from the stated objectives.

🌟 So ‘in real life’, what can motivate your team over the long term?

It’s clear that the sustainability of projects depends essentially on the people behind them, and their perseverance: often, it’s their own convictions and their ability to convince those around them that get teams on board for the ecological transition.

Are we talking about a CSR Manager here? 🎁

To those who still doubt it, the CSR/ESG Manager does indeed have an indispensable role to play in getting the lines moving in depth. As well as their operational skills, it’s their talent for raising awareness and driving change that counts. What are their soft skills? Listening, teaching, creativity…

How do you recruit a CSR Manager?

As the CSR manager’s background is often atypical, a specialist in executive search recruitement is an asset when it comes to finding that ‘rare pearl’ who will motivate your employees… but that’s not all!

Through his or her actions, the CSR manager, the driving force behind a committed team, is also a vector of communication that attracts new talent to the company: a CSA 2021 study shows that 80% of working people favour an organisation that integrates ecological issues into its overall policy, and so in turn become effective relays to their new colleagues.

So yes! Hiring a CSR manager and making his or her role central to your organisation really is part of a virtuous dynamic, well beyond the company’s borders!

    Happy New Year 🤩
