✨ Thierry, what drives you?

I love working. In fact, my professional and personal lives naturally intertwine: they nurture each other in a unity of place and time that I find ideal, I almost want to say “in an extraordinary way’!

As a specialist in Distribution, Services and Manufacturing industries with an international spectrum, I redirected my career towards recruitment in 2012. I’m a people person driven by networking, so it felt like an obvious continuation. That’s probably why I’m not very fond of remote working 💻

Yes, and I still feel fulfilled here!
I really enjoy the working environment: a good level of conviviality and autonomy. Here, everyone is the master of their destiny within a broad framework: we contribute and reap the benefits of our work, according to our aspirations, with much flexibility. This approach contributes to the joy of working.

The international presence of the Mind Partners Group is also something dear to my heart: I try to promote bridges because I believe that the interculturality so well embodied by our Anglo-Saxon team allows us to think, establish links between different business industries, and step out of the 17ème arrondissement of Paris 😉

🗞 What’s new with you?

Today, I’m also in a phase of transmission: I try to instil in my way the unwritten values of the firm – no need to hammer them in, they are naturally adopted, and the interest is to live them daily and embody them with colleagues. So that this work ethic and mindset continues!
